Restoration & Phase Update
The safety of our customers is our number one priority. Columbia Gas customers have been grouped into six phases to ensure that the overall restoration is completed in the quickest and safest manner possible.
Service restorations have been completed in phases 1 and 2, with natural gas service now restored to more than 40 percent of customers overall. Restoration of service for customers in the remaining phases will continue over the next several days, so we ask customers for their patience and understanding as we work our way through the restoration process.
Some customers may see service restored sooner than others, so we ask for your patience and understanding as we work our way safely through the restoration process.
