Description
The annual tradition of Trick or Treat will be observed in Ingram Borough on Saturday, October 29, 2023 between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm with a Costume Contest at the Borough Building at 1:00 pm followed by a parade at 1:30 pm.
The Ingram Borough Police Department will be patrolling the streets to monitor traffic and keep participants as safe as possible.
