EVs - from plug-in hybrids to full battery electric vehicles - are taking off and the Forest Hills Environmental Advisory Council would like to better understand the state of EV ownership in the borough ahead of the upcoming "To EV or Not to EV" event on November 4 at the Municipal Building community room (beginning at 10 AM).
