Description
The demolition of 313 James Street is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, October 5th.
However, the demolition contractor may start on Wednesday, 10/4 or Friday, 10/6.
Residents within the 300 block of James Street should begin making alternate parking arrangements as soon as possible.
Please be courteous of your neighbors’ property during this time.
Cars blocking garages or driveways will be towed, as will cars parked in marked handicapped accessible parking spaces that do not have blue handicapped placard visible, or a state-issued handicapped license plate.
Residents in the area should note that traffic in the 300 block of James Street will certainly be impacted during active tear down of this structure.
