Special Weather Statement issued September 30 at 3:57AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, locally dense, are expected to continue this
morning. Visibility will be reduced to a quarter of a mile or
less at times, especially in the river valleys. Use caution if
traveling, and be prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
The fog should gradually dissipate after sunrise, with
visibilities improving by mid morning.
