On Thursday, October 12, State Representative Dan Deasy will be hosting a Mobile District Office and Vaccine Clinic at the Crafton Borough Building from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
As part of the Mobile Office, staff will be on hand to assist with Pittsburgh Regional Transit Senior ConnectCard applications or renewals, provide free notary service on state documents and assist with any other state-related matter. In partnership with Acorx Pharmacy, residents will be able to get a flu/HD flu and/or updated COVID-19 vaccinations for free with a Medicare or insurance card. The Allegheny County Sheriff’s office will also be on hand to collect unused/unwanted medications for safe disposal as part of their Project DUMP.
