Homecoming parade - road closings

Description
The Edinboro Borough Police Department has posted “NO PARKING” signs along the designated route for the 2023 Homecoming Parade. The signs (bright green in color) were posted on September 27, for the “NO PARKING” restrictions that will be enforced on Saturday, September 30. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense. The restrictions are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 30th and are for the following roadways:

Darrow Road (from Perry Lane to Meadville Street)
Meadville Street (from Darrow Road to Erie Street)
Waterford Street (from Meadville Streeet to High Street)
High Street (from Waterford Street to East Normal Street)
East Normal Street (from Meadville Street to Ontario Street)

In addition to the NO PARKING restrictions, these roads will be CLOSED for the parade beginning at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 30, reopening following the parade. Other roads to be closed at this time are: Short Street, Mill Street south of 6N, West Normal Street, Terrace Drive, Lorna Lane, and Schruers Lane.
