Tropical Storm Ophelia is expecting to bring 1-2 inches of rain over the next few days. Please be prepared in case of power outages with food, water, and medications. Expect ponding of water on all roads. If you encounter a downed tree or flooding on a public road, please contact 717-558-6900 or in case of an emergency dial 911.
