Special Weather Statement issued September 22 at 6:50AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Locally dense fog will reduce visibility below one half mile in
spots through the early morning peak commute hours. Be prepared
to slow down if driving and keep a safe following distance. The
fog should dissipate between 8 and 10 AM.
