Recon Construction Services Inc will begin the Cold in Place Recycling portion of Cloverleaf Road this morning around 9:00 AM, September 18, 2023. The work is estimated to run today and tomorrow. Please keep alert for single lane closure through this work zone, flagging operations and please be alert for construction workers. Work area will be between Kern Road and Susquehanna Trail.
