Special Weather Statement issued September 18 at 4:54AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Locally dense fog will reduce visibility below one half mile in
spots through the predawn and early morning peak commute hours.
Be prepared to slow down if driving and keep a safe following
distance. The fog should dissipate after 8AM.
