Special Weather Statement issued September 14 at 4:49AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Fog, mainly concentrated in valley locations, can be expected this
morning. The fog may be locally dense, with visibility of one
quarter mile or less at times. Conditions will improve by the
mid-morning hours.
If you encounter dense fog while driving, slow down. Use low beam
headlights and increase the distance between your vehicle and
those that surround you.
