Sally Holbert and The Center for Water Quality Excellence. CWQE is a support center that helps local governments, businesses, organizations and public inquiries better understand stormwater funding opportunities.
The topic for the session will be: Stormwater Authorities – Impact fees and Credit Programs. This subject can help build relationships between the public and stormwater authorities. Creating better understanding of the impact fees involved with stormwater management in the surrounding area.
