Special Weather Statement issued September 11 at 9:55AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of dense fog will limit visibilities to a quarter of a mile
or less in some areas this morning, especially in the river
valleys. Use caution if traveling, and be prepared for rapid
changes in visibility. Conditions should improve by 10 AM to 12
PM as the fog dissipates.
