The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Eastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
West central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 544 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Schnecksville to 6 miles west of Bechtelsville
to near Honey Brook, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Coatesville, Emmaus, Northampton,
Downingtown, Birdsboro, Parkesburg, Bath, Topton, Honey Brook,
Elverson, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan, Neffs,
Coffeetown and Zionsville.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 298 and 311.
Northeast Extension between mile markers 49 and 67.
Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 46 and 60.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in Mount Holly NJ.
