Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued September 7 at 2:57PM EDT until September 7 at 3:45PM EDT by NWS State College PA

The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Lycoming County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 257 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Jersey Shore,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Montoursville, Muncy, Hughesville, Montgomery,
Duboistown, Elimsport, Cogan Station, Ralston, Cammal, English
Center and Trout Run.

This includes Interstate 180 near mile marker 10, and from mile
markers 12 to 29.

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this severe
thunderstorm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's
leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning.
