9/11 First Responders Recognition Ceremony. The 'Thank You' Ceremony is open to the public who may wish to attend. The Coolbaugh Township Supervisors and the Veterans Committee cordially invite you to this annual event to show our appreciation to our local First Responders and their families for their continued service. We look forward to your attendance on Saturday September 9th at 4 PM. The ceremony will be held at the Coolbaugh Township Military Memorial Monument located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, PA.
