Special Weather Statement issued August 13 at 5:24AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Be alert for areas of fog through daybreak and into mid morning.
Visibilities will be reduced below one mile in many valley
locations, and isolated patches below one half mile are also
possible. Use low beam headlights, reduce speed and leave plenty
of room between you and vehicles ahead of you.
Areas of fog are expected to dissipate after 9 am.
