Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 12 at 3:43PM EDT until August 12 at 4:15PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 343 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sugarcreek, or
near Oil City, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
outages.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Rouseville, Woodland Heights,
Pleasantville, West Hickory, Oil Creek State Park, and East Hickory.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for northwestern
Pennsylvania.
