Flood Watch issued August 12 at 1:36PM EDT until August 13 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson OH and Tuscarawas.
Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland,
Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland. Portions of West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock and Ohio.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are expected this afternoon
and evening. Given last nights heavy rainfall, the threat of
flash flooding is higher due to saturated soils.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
