PENN WASTE COLLECTION - AUGUST 11
Penn Waste will make every effort to take additional quantities tomorrow. Penn Waste will monitor the situation throughout the day, and then revisit possible strategies to get the Borough cleaned up. Additional information will be communicated once determined.
LIMB COLLECTION
Borough Public Works will begin to provide limb collection services on Friday, August 11. While no collection schedule has been established, residents may place branches and limbs curbside under the guidelines listed below. Collection will occur until August 23.
1) Limbs no more than 6 feet in length and no shorter than 3 feet; with a maximum diameter of 6 inches.
2) There must be easy access to the limbs at the curb. Borough employees will not go onto private property nor driveways.
3) Limbs tied in bundles will not be taken.
4) Only limbs will be removed. All other material will not be removed.
