Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued August 4 at 6:11PM EDT until August 4 at 6:30PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 610 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cashtown,
moving southeast at 30 mph. This storm has a history of producing
hail.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Hanover, Gettysburg, Parkville, Shippensburg, Littlestown,
McSherrystown, Pennville, Bonneauville, New Oxford, Lake Heritage,
Cashtown and Aspers.
This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 26 to 28.

building.
