Description
Starting Monday July 31, 2023, Elizabeth Ave in Avalon will be closed between Jackman Ave and Florence Ave due to an ongoing gas line replacement project. There will be a posted detour for traffic to use S Starr Ave. Please slow down when nearing construction zones, keep a safe distance between vehicles, and obey all flaggers and posted signs, including detours and parking restrictions.
