Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 29 at 5:08PM EDT until July 29 at 5:45PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
At 508 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wilmington
Manor, or over Wilmington, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Chester, West Deptford, Pennsville, Carneys Point,
Elsmere, Paulsboro, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem, Woodstown,
Alloway, National Park, Swedesboro, Delaware City, Newport, Arden,
Stanton, Bear and Talleyville.
This includes the following highways...
New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 2.
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 6, and near
mile marker 11.
Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 4 and 23.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 22.

building.
