Special Weather Statement issued July 28 at 1:44PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 143 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Franklin, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Polk,
Rouseville, Kennerdell, Woodland Heights, Oil Creek State Park, and
Cranberry Township.
