Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 21 at 2:55AM EDT until July 21 at 3:15AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

At 254 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bechtelsville,
or 12 miles east of Reading, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Reading, Pottstown, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Birdsboro,
Kutztown, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Topton, Leesport,
Shoemakersville, Elverson, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan,
Spring Ridge and Zionsville.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 296 and 303.
Northeast Extension between mile markers 50 and 55.
Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 56 and 59.
Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 1 and 11.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
