Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 20 at 7:56PM EDT until July 20 at 8:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 755 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Sheffield to 6 miles southeast of Oil City to
near Farrell, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Trees snapped
and uprooted. Power outages can be expected.
Locations impacted include...
New Castle, Hermitage, Sharon, Butler, Oil City, Grove City,
Franklin, Clarion, Sharpsville, Brookville, Marienville, Knox,
Rimersburg, Ellwood City, Homeacre-Lyndora, Greenville, Sugarcreek,
Farrell, Shanor-Northvue, and Meridian.

building.
