That is a third party provider, offering to send a check on your behalf, after you pay by credit card --> IT NOT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO THE BOROUGH.
We are the second link, that link directly sends you to our webiste littlestownborough.org, where you can find the pay online button.
