Flood Warning issued July 16 at 6:18AM EDT until July 16 at 7:30AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
county, Lycoming.
* WHEN...Until 730 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 615 AM EDT, local law enforcement indicated that flood
water has begun to recede, but some minor issues remain.
- Little additional rainfall is expected until this afternoon
when thunderstorms are possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Montoursville, Muncy, Hughesville, and Williamsport Airport.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
