Flood Warning issued July 16 at 5:33AM EDT until July 16 at 7:30AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues, mainly in
Muncy Township, Lycoming County.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland and Union.

* WHEN...Until 730 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams are
likely nearing crest, and should begin falling this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 526 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing
flooding across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Little additional rainfall is expected until this afternoon
when thunderstorms are possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Montoursville, Muncy, Watsontown, Hughesville, Montgomery,
Loyalsockville, Elimsport, and Picture Rocks.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
