Special Weather Statement issued July 15 at 9:24AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Reduced visibility from valley fog will gradually improve this
morning. Motorists should turn on their low beam headlights and be
alert for rapidly changing conditions while fog is still present.
Morning fog will give way to a sunny, hot, and humid day.
