Description
On Monday July 17,2023; Recon Construction we begin the recycling of the entire Andover Development. This recycling process is called cold-in-place (CIP). The existing roadway surface will be milled, mixed with an emulsion, and re-laid on the roadway surface. When the recycling process is complete and cured, full paving overlay will take place.
