Flood Watch issued July 9 at 10:51AM EDT until July 9 at 10:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata,
Lancaster, Lebanon, Montour, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland,
Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga,
Union and York.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall continues to fall over parts of the region,
especially south of Williamsport and north of Harrisburg.
Point amounts of 2-3 inches of rain are already starting to
create localized flooding problems. Additional heavy rain is
expected to develop over southern PA and continue over the
area currently receiving heavy rain.
