Good news!
Chester Township and Chester Water Authority will cooperate together to maintain the hydrant sprinkler located on Charles Street in Toby Farms. The hours of operation are 10 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
There will be no cars allowed on Charles Street during these times. The "no parking" signs must be observed and all cars moved by 10 am each Monday through Friday. These restrictions will be enforced for the safety of the children.
