PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - ZONING HEARING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CRAFTON
On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. the Crafton Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers of the Community Center, 140 Bradford Avenue to conduct a public hearing on:
Application of Matthew Greiner, 1960 Crafton Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15205, Block/Lot 68-C-43.
The applicant requests a variance of the Crafton Borough Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 225, as follows:
Section 225-122 – Special Yard Requirements, Section (D) – Visibility at Intersections. (1).
Section 225-122 – Special Yard Requirements, Section (D) – Visibility at Intersections. (2).
Any interested person is permitted to attend and anyone wishing to speak will be heard.
