Eastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
* Until 445 PM EDT.
* At 1247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Philadelphia, Chester, Yeadon, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Jenkintown,
Narberth, National Park, East Lansdowne, Rockledge, Abington, and
Bryn Athyn.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 17...and
between mile markers 21 and 22...and
between mile markers 31 and 33.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and 350.
Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 11.
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
