Description
The Churchill Borough Zoning Hearing Board meeting and public hearing scheduled for Monday, June 26, 2023, has been rescheduled for Monday, July 24th, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Building and via an electronic remote connection with a link for public participation provided at www.Churchillborough.com on the following matter:
The application of Rodi Maple Devco, LLC (Parcel #451-N-375) requesting
- A special exception under Zoning Ordinance Section 304-21(m) to allow the use of a billboard in the C-2 Commercial District
- A Variance from section 304-21(M)1, requesting an increase in sign face area from 250 square feet to 378 square feet
- A variance from Section 304-21(M)(2)(g) to permit a street right-of-way setback of two feet instead of the minimum setback of 100 feet.
The Board will consider any other matters that come before the board. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the board.
