Description
This project will take place on Elm Avenue between Main Street and West Street. It includes sewer main and lateral replacements and storm water improvements.
Project Update - Last updated 6-16-2023
Sewer main reconstruction and lateral connections are now completed on Elm Avenue, but there are several storm sewer pipes not completed. The completion of the storm sewer work is scheduled to the week of June 19 on both N. Swartley Street and Elm Avenue and should take approximately one week to complete. Once the storm sewer is completed, arrangements will be made to complete all the asphalt restoration, including milling and complete overlay of Elm Avenue. Specific dates have yet to be established. The road restoration will be scheduled as timely as possible after all of the storm sewer work is completed.
