Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 16 at 11:41AM EDT until June 16 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
At 1141 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Pughtown to near West Chester to near Hockessin,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, West Chester, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown,
Phoenixville, West Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown, Downingtown,
Conshohocken, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Kennett Square, Birdsboro,
Collegeville, Royersford, Narberth, Trappe and Schwenksville.

Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 306 and 335.
Northeast Extension between mile markers 21 and 25.
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 10.
Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 15 and 23.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 327 and 335.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 10 and 15.
Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 19.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
