Bellevue is seeking lifeguards for the 2023 season at the Bellevue Memorial Park Pool. Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of swimmers using the pool and are under the immediate supervision of the pool manager and assistant pool manager(s)/head lifeguards. Applicants must have, or be able to obtain, Red Cross Lifeguard certification or equivalent. Pay rate is set by Ordinance at $10.00/hour with a retention bonus of up to $500 for lifeguards who remain employed through the end of the pool season.
