Special Weather Statement issued May 15 at 8:11AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
At 810 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Pawnee to 6 miles north of
Zella. Movement was northwest at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Pleasanton, Pearsall, Jourdanton, Kenedy, Karnes City, Charlotte,
Christine, Campbellton, Falls City, North Pearsall, Goldfinch, Coy
City, Zunkerville, Fashing, Davis, Coughran, Hobson, El Oso, Peggy
and Dobrowolski.
