Description
Council has adopted several new Ordinances of interest to property owners in Forest Hills. Please be advised that residents in violation of any Ordinances will be notified and be required to take immediate corrective measures. The Ordinances are available in their entirety on the Borough website under Code of Ordinances:
Ordinance 1102 Amending Chapter 10 of the code of ordinances to prohibit bamboo, weeds and noxious vegetation in the borough.
Ordinance 1103 Zoning Amendment permitting placement of planter boxes or raised beds as accessory structures in the front yard of properties in residential districts and establishing dimensional requirements for the same.
Ordinance 1106 Regulating Outdoor Recreational Fires.
