Thursday garbage pick-ups will be delayed until Friday for the following streets: All streets in Rustic Ridge,
parts of Old Leechburg Rd, Elicker, Franklin Dr, Universal Rd, Harris Road, New Texas Road, Ross Hollow Road, and Stotler Road.
