Description
Freeze Watch issued April 26 at 7:39AM EDT until April 27 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 possible most
areas; except upper 20s possible in extreme eastern Erie and
Crawford Counties in Pennsylvania.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio and
northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
