Special Weather Statement issued April 25 at 4:14AM EDT by NWS State College PA
Areas of fog have formed across portions of central Pennsylvania
early this morning. In some areas, visibilities have dropped below
a quarter mile. We expect these conditions to remain prevalent
through 8 or 9 am.
Please be alert to rapidly changing conditions and locally poor
visibilities during the morning commute.
