Last night, April 21, 2023 at 10:02 Pm a customer pulled into the 7-11 Store on West Prospect Ave. They went into the store and left their vehicle running and unlocked. Within 1 minute or so 2 individuals are seen coming off of Vancouver Ave crossing the street and stealing the vehicle. It was later recovered in McKeesport where it was wrecked. If you have a habit of doing this, which many do, we strongly suggest you start shutting your car off and locking it. That is much more convenient than replacing your phone, calling your bank and credit card companies because your wallet or purse was also left in the vehicle.
