OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Marshall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Marshall Township Municipal Building, lower-level meeting room, located at 525 Pleasant Hill Road, Wexford PA 15090. If the meeting is available to participate in via Zoom access information will be available on the Township website.
The following appeal will be heard:
Appeal #1116– NRPD, LLC, is seeking the following variance for relief from the Marshall Township Zoning Ordinance:
• Relief from the maximum building height of forty-five (45) feet with no habitation above thirty-five (35) feet. [Section 208-303.]; and
• Relief from the requirement for a twenty-four (24) foot wide, 2-way drive aisle, with ninety (90) degree parking. [Section 208-1901. F.1.(a).].
This application is for property located at 117 and 119 VIP Drive in the Planned Office, Research, Business Park (PORBP) zoning District.
