Flood Advisory issued April 15 at 11:14PM EDT until April 16 at 12:15AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Allegheny.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Monroeville, West Mifflin,
Wilkinsburg, Munhall, Swissvale, O'hara Township, Forest
Hills, Wilkins Township, Turtle Creek, North Braddock,
Sharpsburg, Edgewood, Churchill, Aspinwall, Braddock,
Blawnox, Rankin and Braddock Hills.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
