BURN BAN IN EFFECT

Description
At the recommendation of the Lower Windsor Township Fire Chief Jesse Frantz, Lower Windsor Township as of today, April 11, 2023, has instituted a burn ban due to the extended dry conditions and accompanying risk of fire.
The burn ban will be in effect until further notice. During the ban, residents are prohibited from any type of open burning. Residents with questions should contact Chief Frantz at Crewofstation44@aol.com.
(Outdoor cooking on a grill or other covered device is fine.)
