Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 5 at 8:23PM EDT until April 5 at 8:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 823 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fox Chapel, or
near Ross Township, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
power outages.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Ross Township, McCandless Township,
Monroeville, Franklin Park, Shaler Township, Plum, Murrysville,
Hampton Township, Wilkinsburg, and New Kensington.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
